Want to own the home of a bonafide Hall of Famer? Ryne Sandberg, who recently resigned as the manager of the (very terrible) Philadelphia Phillies, has officially listed his full floor condo at The Beaumont in Old City. So what kind of digs has Ryno called home? Spoiler alert: they’re quite nice.

As you might expect, Unit 200E comes complete with its own private elevator entrance, but it also has an outdoor space that’s big enough for a Wiffle ball game.

Santos Mahogany wood floors are found throughout the living room and kitchen and there’s a wonderful console with built-in gas fireplace to make the space comfortable, the other side of which doubles as an office space. The arched hallway is a nice touch as well.

The master bedroom is spacious, offerings a sitting room, walk-in closet and a master bath with a jewel box shower, soaking tub and Calcutta gold marble tiles.

As for the standout space of the home, it has to be the outdoor living area. At 900-square-feet, there is plenty of room for entertaining or relaxing–even if it looks out towards a parking garage.

Sandberg, who was famously traded from the Phillies to the Cubs in 1982, was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2005.
