Monday: Brian Wilson ($50-$80)
Former leader and co-founder of the legendary pop band The Beach Boys, Brian Wilson is a California-based singer, songwriter and record producer. Wilson has been making solo music since the late 1980's and continues to be active in the music industry today. His eleventh and most recent studio album, No Pier Pressure, released in April, peaked at number 28 on the Billboard 200. Listen before you go: "The Right Time." Tuesday: Ingrid Michaelson ($30)
Ingrid Michaelson, a New York-based indie singer-songwriter active since 2002, is best known for her personable lyrics and beautiful voice. Michaelson first gained attention with her 2005 album Slow the Rain, and has released five more albums since. Michaelson's most recent album released in 2014, Lights Out, contains one of her highest-charting songs, Girls Chase Boys. Listen before you go: "Time Machine." Wednesday: Wildhoney ($8-$10)
Wildhoney, a five-member alternative pop band based out of Baltimore, can also be described as shoegaze or dream pop genre. Whatever they are, their fans love it. Wildhoney got together in 2011 and released their debut album, Sleep Through It, in January 2015. The band is about to embark on their summer-long tour across the U.S., which kicks off in Philly. Thursday: Marianas Trench ($23)
Marianas Trench is a Canadian pop-rock band formed in 2001. The four-man band has released three full-length studio albums since their debut, and have released two hit singles in the last two years. Their most recent full-length album, 2011's Ever After, was nominated for a Juno award. Listen before you go: "Here's to the Zeros." Thursday, July 2, 7pm, Theatre of Living Arts, 334 South Street.

Friday: Meghan Trainor ($45)
Meghan Trainor is a pop singer-songwriter who reached fame with the release of her 2014 girl-power anthem "All About That Bass." Now signed with Epic Records, Trainor grew up writing music and released three independent records before her song reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100. Trainor's debut EP album, Title, was released in late 2014, and she just recently completed her four-month international tour for the album. Listen before you go: "Lips Are Movin." Saturday: The Roots ($0)
Formed in 1987 in Philadelphia, The Roots are best known for their jazzy hip-hop sound and neo-soul music featuring live instruments. The band has released 11 studio albums, the most recent being 2014's ..And Then Shoot Your Cousin, and are consistently met with critical acclaim. Since 2009, they've served as the house band on NBC's Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and more recently, on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. The legendary hip hop group is often praised for their flawless live performances. They will perform a free concert as part of the Welcome America Series Philly 4th of July Jam, where they've been the headlining band every year since 2010. Listen before you go: "You Got Me." Sunday: Dada Life ($47)
Dada Life is a Swedish DJ duo formed in Stockholm, Sweden in 2006. The two specialize in progressive house and electro house, and frequently headline at North America's largest electronic dance music festivals, Electric Daisy Carnival and Ultra Music Festival. Dada Life has released five albums since 2009 and with their large fan following, were voted #24 in DJ Magazine's Top 100 in 2012. Listen before you go: "Rolling Stones T-Shirt."
