Adam Levine, Nick Jonas Playing Beach Concert in Atlantic City
Live Nation and Atlantic City announced today that Maroon 5 will play a beach concert on Sunday, August 16th with special guests Nick Jonas and UArts grad and 2014 The Voice finalist Matt McAndrew.
This will be one of two U.S. stops for Maroon 5 this summer. They’re playing another gig in Hershey the day before the show in AC. They just finished a North American tour in support of their latest album V and their catchy seasonal anthem “This Summer’s Gonna Hurt Like a Motherf****r.”
Nick Jonas will open for Maroon 5 just before he hits the road with Kelly Clarkson on her Piece By Piece tour, which kicks off in October of this year. After his sting on season 7 of The Voice, Matt McAndrew dropped a single that reached 14 on Billboard’s Hot 100, and this February he announced that he was signed by Republic Records. Fans of show may remember that Adam Levine was McAndrew’s coach on The Voice, so this should be a fun reunion.
