Earth Bread + Brewery Team Is Opening on Fairmount

Michael Klein has details on Tom Baker and Peggy Zwerver’s plans to open a brewpub at 1720 Fairmount Avenue. The pub will be branded as Bar Hygge, a name coming from a Danish expression meaning “cozy camaraderie.”

The brewing side of the production will be called Brewery Techne and is aiming to be operational by October.
