The Secret Philly Spot for High-End Designer Fashion

I’ve already given you guys the rundown of the best Philly boutiques with online stores (see all 10 here), but there are some other online-only spots that have roots right here. One of our favorite hidden gems is Chloe Johnston’s eponymous site, which culls the best of her Parisian shopping finds. And she knows where to look: Johnston leads custom shopping tours of Paris several times a year, and brings back her spoils so that we may shop them without dealing with pesky things like exchange rates and international delivery charges.
Her e-store features mostly women’s clothing and accessories, along with a healthy vintage section (this 1970’s Lanvin jumpsuit makes my heart hurt). And the brands are lust-worthy: (Yves) Saint Laurent, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Céline, Hermès.
While it’s not the most shiny of luxury websites (the photos are admittedly very small), you’ll find some gems here: high-end pieces (a Chanel 2.55 for $5,000) peppered with affordable finds (a quirky dress by Doris Q for $300). You’d do best to scour the vintage section, where you’ll find treasures like a YSL Starburst necklace and a printed blazer from Versus, the Versace diffusion line started by Gianni Versace in 1989.
In short: Add this to your short list of lunch-break online shopping sites. You might just stumble across a bit of French-girl je ne sais quoi while you’re at it.
