Spotted in Fairmount: David Lynch’s Former Trinity Has Been Relisted

It’s one of Philadelphia’s more quintessential residences, which in addition to offering original heart pine wood floors and a third floor bedroom with pocket doored closets, has the added bonus of having a patio garden with a built-in irrigation system that helps keep the trees and garden beds well maintained.
