The 8-person hot tub was surely a selling point.
This home, inspired by the work of Buckminster Fuller, sits on almost six acres of land. It’s energy-efficient and at the time of sale last month also had an eight-person hot tub, a free-standing fireplace, and a built-in wet bar. It went on the market for $525,000 in 2013 and the price dropped five times since then. It finally sold for $450,000.
