ORIGINAL: Naturalist, wildlife filmmaker and New Jersey native Paul Rosolie is making headlines today for an upcoming special he’ll star in on the Discovery Channel, where he will be filmed being eaten alive by an anaconda.
The show, Eaten Alive, which airs Sunday, aims to provide a first-person account of what it’s like to be in the belly of this terrifying jungle creature. According to other reports, Rosolie will wear a “snake-proof” suit to be gobbled up and hopefully escape before he’s turned into anaconda poop. See the trailer below:
Rosolie grew up in Wyckoff, New Jersey, where he attended Ramapo High School and later Ramapo College. He’s the author of a book called Mother of God, which chronicles his adventures in the Amazon rainforest.
