Police Release Photos of Man Using Germantown Kidnapping Victim’s ATM Card
The search continues for Carlesha Freeland-Gaither.
On Tuesday morning, it was reported that the ATM card belonging to Philadelphia kidnapping victim Carlesha Freeland-Gaither was used in Maryland. Now, the Philadelphia Police Department has released surveillance photos from an ATM machine.
As previously reported, there is now $42,000 in reward money being offered in the case.
