New Strength-and-Cardio Boot Camp Class for Moms-to-Be

Hey Philly mamas, this is pretty cool. Mama’s Wellness Joint just announced the addition of a new class to its roster that I think may be right up your alley. On Wednesday mornings starting this week, the Midtown Village yoga studio will host a circuit training-based boot camp class geared toward women with babies on the way.

It’s called Baby Bump Boot Camp (cute, right?) and will run for 45 minutes starting at 7 a.m. on Wednesday mornings. It will incorporate strength training with resistance bands and body weight, as well as light-to-moderate cardio intervals and core exercises. The class will be taught by personal trainer Kate Jesuele.
