Peddler’s Village Serves It Up: From Casual Fare to Special Occasion Dining
There are lots of ways to work up an appetite at Peddler’s Village. Shopping. Family-friendly attractions for kids. Seasonal festivals.
The Bucks County landmark also is a dining destination in itself, from romantic, special occasion dinners to laid-back get-togethers with friends. Two venues, Earl’s Bucks County and Buttonwood Grill, offer open air dining throughout the lovely fall months.
With elegant ambiance and an award-winning wine list, Earl’s Bucks County is a foodie gem with a menu of creative dishes made from fresh, seasonal ingredients from local, sustainable farms and producers and Earl’s own kitchen garden. Decorated with paintings of Bucks County landscapes, Earl’s is also an impressive setting for business lunches, providing a Business Lunch menu to accommodate busy schedules. Patrons in the buzzy bar and lounge are treated to happy hour discounts Monday through Friday and live music on Fridays. Enjoy dinner, cocktails and live entertainment on the new outdoor dining patio through October.
Named for the large Buttonwood shade tree that greets you at the door, Buttonwood Grill serves up the region’s best burgers. Try the signature Butcher’s Burger in your choice of six styles, stone-fired thin crust pizzas, sandwiches and salads in a relaxed setting. The all-day menu includes kids’menus and homemade desserts.
Watch the game or just relax with friends inside at the gleaming mahogany bar in the lounge or, through the fall, at the outdoor bar on the expansive dining deck and enjoy specialty cocktails, 20 rotating draft beers, including 10 taps devoted to craft brews, and 50 bottled beers.
Wish you had more craft beer to enjoy at home? How about another brew to sip later?
You can take beer home in a two-liter growler. Bring your own or buy one at the grill. You also can mix and match a 12-pack of bottled beers. Buttonwood’s knowledgeable and helpful servers can help you make selections.
As the flagship restaurant of Peddler’s Village, the Cock ’n’ Bull offers such delicious American classics as prime rib of beef and chicken pot pie in a graceful, open setting decorated with Pennsylvania antiques and art and overlooking the beautiful Village gardens.
Warm, personal service and attention to detail makes the Cock ‘n Bull a perfect spot for family weekday or weekend meals, Sunday brunch, special occasions or celebrations, weddings or business functions. Stop by to enjoy our brand new Fisherman’s Wharf on Wednesday nights, a chef-inspired four-course seafood menu. Peddler’s Pub is adjacent to the restaurant and a convenient place to enjoy salads, soups and hot and cold sandwiches for lunch. Expect an informal atmosphere and generous portions.
Visitors also will find a number of other casual choices for visitors on the go. Hart’s Tavern serves up drinks, pizza and light fare. For breakfast and lunch, Nancy’s Village Cafe offers fresh-baked muffins, sandwiches and other quick bites, either eat-in or take-out. Indulge your sweet tooth or grab a hot dog at Pigadilly’s Ice Cream and Gelato.
