Montco Subway Shop Owner Charged for Hiring Hitman. A 46-year-old Montco man has been charged with allegedly hiring a hitman to kidnap and kill three employees at the Subway shops he owns. Bail has been set at $25 million. [6 ABC]
New Jersey Gas Stations Falsify Octane Levels. Officials have accused 14 gas stations in New Jersey of lying about octane levels at the pump. Eight of the 14 are in Gloucester or Camden Counties. [CBS 3]

NJ National Guard Director Resigns. Major General Glenn Rieth—the head of the New Jersey National Guard—has resigned after he was caught having a physical relationship with a woman who worked for him. Rieth grew up with Governor Christie. His resignation will take effect on December 15th. [Inquirer]
