Chef John Brandt-Lee has just launched new summer menus at both of his restaurants – Avalon Restaurant in West Chester and Avalon Bistro in Downingtown. The menu at Avalon Bistro now features a sandwich section and an express dinner for two that includes five shared small plates for $39.
