Jersey Shore Towns Fight Underage Drinking

Attorney General Dow and company outline initiatives

Senior week is over and New Jersey law enforcement officials are celebrating by reminding everyone that they will not tolerate underage drinking. Attorney General Paula T. Dow and a slew of other public officials held a press conference in Belmar to get the word out on all of their anti-underage drinking initiatives. Dow also called out those in the business of distributing and selling alcohol in an effort to crack down on the use of fake IDs—a message that probably would have been useful before thousands of graduating, Philly suburbanites migrated east for last week’s festivities.
