Radnor Township puts Lower Merion in its place, Central Bucks makes the Top 10, and Tredyffrin-Easttown bests them all. Guess where Philadelphia ranked?
Whew. The Scoop almost had to go a whole week without referencing a ranking. Unlike certain inane GQ lists, however, this latest one—covering Pennsylvania school districts—seems to have some legitimate methodology behind it. Of the 500 districts, five local ones were in the Top 10; Tredyffrin-Easttown was #2. Philadelphia School District was #484. Hey, not last! Think Arlene Ackerman will ask for a raise?
