New Happy Hour at Buckminster’s, Plus a New Prix Fixe Menu on Mondays

There’s a new Happy Hour at Buckminster’s. It runs Mondays through Fridays, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., and they’re offering $3 select draft beers and $5 select draft wines. Nice, right? And then from Mondays through Thursdays, they have an extra Happy Hour from 11 p.m. to 12 a.m.

Buckminster’s is also “Taking Back Mondays” with a new prix fixe menu that’s only being run on Mondays. They’re offering three courses for $35 per person, and those courses will include your choice of any three items off of their standard menu. On top of that, they’ll have an assortment of snacks selected by the  chef to compliment the chosen courses–stuff like house-made popcorn, local cheeses, and Ely Farm bologna.
