Culinary Events on Rittenhouse Row
From today, March 7th through Friday, March 11th the Rittenhouse Row Culinary Collective is presenting special menus around the Rittenhouse Square neighborhood.
Sbraga, a.kitchen, Devon Seafood Grill and Prime Rib are participating in the Winter Edition of the Collective. Be on the lookout for future seasonal events.
Sbraga is offering two special menus this week. A Flaura and Fauna menu is being served in concert with the Philadelphia Flower Show. The seven-course, $100 menu is being served at the chef’s counter and includes a special flourish on the foie gras soup, served this week with a rose petal relish and duck with dandelion greens, wheatgrass and sweet onion. The duck dish is also available as a supplement to Sbraga’s $55 prix-fixe menu in the main dining room.

Salad: Kohlrabi. Rutabaga. Pomegranate. Hibiscus. Brown Rice
Beggar’s Purse: Wagyu. Sunchoke Mousse. Sunflower. Locatelli
Pasta: Gnocchi. Nasturtium Pistou. Pickled Berries. Chèvre
Fish: Salmon. Chamomile Broth. Apples. Buddha’s Hand. Yellowfin Mushrooms
Meat: Duck. Dandelion Greens. Wheatgrass. Sweet Onion
Dessert: Violet Crème Brûlée. Chocolate Coconut Crumble. Almond
A.kitchen is offering a kitchen counter menu with wine pairing for $65. The four-courses highlight the restaurant’s natural-charcoal grill and the menu will include a sampling of a.kitchen’s most popular dishes.
At Prime Rib, it’s a surf-and-turf week. For $55 per person, or $100 for a couple, there’s lobster tail, grilled shrimp or crab cake joined by a 10-ounce Prime Rib, petit filet mignon or chopped sirloin.

First: House salad, Caesar Salad or Roasted Tomato soup
Main: Lobster Tail, Grilled Shrimp, or Crab Cake with choice of 10 oz Prime Rib, Petit Filet Mignon or Chopped Sirloin
Sides: Entrees served with String beans and Mashed Potatoes
Dessert: Crème Brulee or Key Lime Pie
On Wednesday, Marh 9th at 6:30, Devon Seafood Grill at 225 South 18th Street will be offering a $35 per person Women Winemakers Wine Tasting. In addition to five wines, there will also be passed hor d’oeuvres.
