With the help of our buds over at Be Well Philly, we stay pretty well-informed of the fitness scene here in Philly. If you haven’t already read up on the variety of classes offered around the city, you’re missing out, because there really are a ton of unique ways to get your workout on these days (paddleboard yoga, anyone?).

And since we always have you, our readers, in mind, we’re particularly fond of the local studios that have created special workouts and fitness packages just for brides-to-be. We know working out can oftentimes get tossed on the back burner when the stresses of wedding planning take over, so we’re all for a program that makes it just a bit easier (and more fun) to fit exercising into your schedule.

Take a look into the bridal packages we’ve highlighted below. Come wedding day, your body will thank you.

Core Fitness
Where: Outside at The Philadelphia Museum of Art
What: From August 2 through September 6Core Fitness will offer their “Fit to Be Tied” Bridal Series every Saturday at 8am outside at the Art Museum. The program focuses on sculpting the areas that are oftentimes most important to brides: arms, chest, back and core. Use the promo code FTBT to get $15 off the $79 rate.

GoalsFit
Where: 4450 Main Street, Manayunk
What: Owner Kasey Manwaring has designed a five-week Bridal Bootcamp program to get brides in the best shape of their lives. It meets three mornings per week at locations in Conshohocken, Roxborough and at the Art Museum. All brides who enroll also receive 20 percent off personal training packages (which take place at GoalsFit’s Manayunk studio). We also suggest grabbing your girls for the GoalsFit pre-wedding workout, which includes a 45-minute workout and ends with mimosas and chair massages. Prices vary depending on the bridal party.

Lithe
Where: Multiple Philly-area locations
What: It’s no secret that Philadelphians are big fans of the fun, but challenging, Lithe method. And you should be too, especially since owner Lauren Boggi just announced a new deal for brides: Any bride-to-be who takes four Lithe workouts per week for four consecutive weeks will get a 20 percent discount on her next 30 day unlimited package and a complimentary private class that her bridesmaids can attend as well. Read more about Lithe here.

Plank Studio
Where: 532 West Lancaster Avenue, Wayne
What: For a workout unlike any other (Plank Studio is the first and only of its kind in Pennsylvania), hurry up and book a class at this MegaFormer Pilates Studio on the Main Line. Their exclusive MegaFormer machines provide a full-body workout that combines strengthening, toning and cardio into one 600-calorie-burning, 50-minute session. Plank offers both private and group classes, as well as a free pre-wedding consulation to help brides customize their fitness plans. The bridal package is available starting at $375 (includes the consultation and one free workout), and varies depending on the options chosen by each client.

Ploome
Where: 1040 North American Street #1001, Northern Liberties
What: The experts at Ploome will customize a complete bridal package based on your individual needs and goals. Generally, Ploome brides take part in a 10-12 week workout and meal plan, which includes multiple workouts per week, one-on-one bridal consultations and Ploom’s MindFull Meal Plans. You’ll also want to take advantage of Ploome’s Fit n’ Fab Private Parties, perfect for getting all of your girls ready for the Big Day, and Mobile Ploome, where the workout comes to you.

Pure Barre
Where: 1701 Walnut Street #4, Rittenhouse Square and 503 West Lancaster Avenue, Wayne
What: If Pure Barre’s “Lift. Tone. Burn.” mantra isn’t enough to suck you in, its legions of dedicated fans will surely do the trick. Sculpt long, lean muscles with this full-body, low-impact workout that utilizes a ballet barre, resistance bands, exercise balls and lots of stretching. Opt for their bridal package and you’ll get three months of unlimited classes for $375.

SimplyFIT Philly
Where: In your home or at your favorite outdoor location.
What: This mobile heath and fitness company combines training, spray tanning and nutritional counseling all in one. SimplyFIT founder Sheena Romano will design a bridal training regimen just for you based on your goals and the style of workout that you prefer. Choose from one-on-one, bride and groom partner training, and even bridal party bootcamp. Give Romano a call for additional options and pricing.

SWEAT Fitness
Where: Multiple Philly-area locations
What: Personal training catered to brides and grooms? Sign us up! SWEAT for the Dress and Tighten for the Tux are the two packages available here, each with twenty four 30-minute training sessions to be used two months prior to the wedding. Each package costs $949 for SWEAT members and $998 for non-members, and if you get five or more people to sign up for the program as well, yours is free. Find additional details here.

Sweat Like A Girl
Where: 311 Industrial Drive, Nazareth
What: The options for brides are aplenty at this dance and fitness studio. Their “Sweating for the Wedding” program comes with three options: sign up for a Wonderwoman Membership and pay $120 for three months; get a friend to join with you and you each get a three-month membership for $100 per person; or get two or more friends to tag along and you all get three-month memberships at $90 a pop. You’ll also receive special pricing on bachelorette parties (learn to pole dance!), choreographed dance routines for your reception and Sweat Like A Girl’s interactive online workout program.

TrainerDiva
Where: Right in your own home!
What: Skip the gym altogether and let the ladies of TrainerDiva come to you (they even bring the equipment). Their one-hour Bridal Bootcamp sessions include weight training, cardio drills, circuit training, body resistance exercises and yoga stretching, all of which will be customized based on the “wedding gown analysis” done by your trainer. Train solo for $70/hour or with your bridesmaids at a starting rate of $80/hour for groups of three. Plus, since owner Elena Ciccotelli will be getting married in May, she’ll be doing specials on Bridal Bootcamps towards the end of the year.
