To Do: Farm-to-Table Tapas Dinner at Honey Hollow Farm

A fresh tapas dinner from the farm, at the farm

There’s probably no fresher way to eat than getting food straight from the farm, having it cooked there, and eating it in a field at said farm. If you’re into all that jazz—and, um, actual jazz—sign up to take part in Doylestown Food Co-op’s night of local food and live music on Honey Hollow Farm in Solesbury.

On Saturday August 24th, chef Michael Kanter, head chef at Doylestown’s Puck and former sous chef at the now-shuttered Le Bec-Fin, will cook up light appetizers and tapas-style dishes. While you enjoy the farm fare, bop to live music by Lori Rosolowsky and Jazz with Friends. The dinner is BYOB, so don’t forget your favorite drinks to accompany the dinner. I’m thinking homemade sangria, perhaps?

Farm hosts Graham and Layla Phillips from Honey Hollow will also discuss their exciting plans to convert their 200+ year old farm to an all-organic farm. RSVP for this rain-or-shine event here.

$70 for members, $75 for non-memebers, August 24th at 6 p.m., Honey Hollow Farm, 2799 Creamery Road, Solebury.
