Mama Yolanda’s in Bella Vista Is Under Agreement

According to the Bella Vista Town Page, the building where the old Italian restaurant Mama Yolanda’s is on Eighth Street between Fitzwater and Catharine is going to be converted into nine apartments. If the sale goes through, the new owner wants to restore the facade.
