Hottest Philadelphia City Neighborhoods: Rittenhouse Square. As If We’d Leave It Out!
Today is a twofer when it comes to hot neighborhoods–we had Lower North Philly earlier, and now we’re paying honor to Rittenhouse Square, soon-to-be home base of none other than Bart Blatstein. The neighborhood is always hot in terms of home prices, of course, but new residents are coming now, creating a boomlet.
It ain’t just for ladies who lunch anymore. The park is a delightful summertime hub that looks more like a college campus these days than an excerpt from a Henry James novel. Of course, the prices are still quite high, but whether renting or buying, those who can afford it, do.
