Judges from 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals mull decision
The Scoop has had just about enough of the on-the-ballot-off-the-ballot fiasco that is Carl Lewis’ attempt to run for the New Jersey state Senate. After ruling that he could be placed on the ballot, three judges from the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals want to hear further discussion on issue and promised a newer than the newest new ruling sometime soon—ya know, like, before the election that’s just seven weeks away.
