Raw’s Tony Rim and former Buddakan chef Scott Swiderski are behind the Corner, opening tonight at 13th and Drury in the former APO.
The Space
- The dark APO space has been lightened with the addition of ground floor windows and reclaimed wood tables and benches
- Open kitchen

The Food
- Chef Swiderski is being helped out in the kitchen by former Snackbar head-man John Taus
- Small menu of comfort food arranged by starters, salads, entrees and sides

- Masa Tots – Jalapenos, onions, chipotle clam dip
- Classic Hamburger – Aged cheddar, pickles, fries
- Crispy Fried Chicken – Cider brined, flash fried, Napa slaw
- Grilled Truffle Cheese – Braised short rib and molten cheese

- APO was known for its cocktails and the Corner is no slouch either.
