Spring Tasting Menu at Meritage
Chef Anne Coll has introduced a Spring tasting menu at Meritage. The 5-course dinner is $45 and also has a $29 wine pairing option.
Among the highlights is a seared scallop with shrimp ravioli and grilledl lamb chops with fricassee of fiddlehead ferns and asparagus crushed potatoes.
