ON THE HOMEFRONT: A Designer’s Dwelling

Surely there’s not cuter or craftier newbie South Philadelphian than Kayte Terry. Anthropologie display designing genius by day, Ms. Terry spends her evenings, weekends and whatnot whipping up some of the prettiest sewing projects around. Her new book, Appliqué Your Way, just came out from Chronicle Books. Examples of her adorably hip projects — handmade collages, tote bags, faux fireplace logs — are now on display (and, in some cases, for sale) at adorably hip JimmyStyle, in (where else but) adorably hip East Passyunk.
