WHO Salon owner, designer, makeup artist and hair stylist to the stars (including, ahem, the artist formerly known as Britney Spears) — and now, the lucky ladies of Philadelphia.
HOW HE KNEW HE WANTED TO DO HAIR When he was a seven-year-old in Indonesia, even his sister’s ratting on him couldn’t keep him from chopping her dolls’ hair in the styles he was seeing in the fashion mags.
WHY HE STAYS IN PHILLY EVEN THOUGH NYC OR L.A. WOULD KILL TO HAVE HIM “I just love it. It’s charming and high-end and historical, and it’s the first place that’s ever really felt like home. My boyfriend and I want to raise our kids here.”
HIS HAIR PHILOSOPHY Healthy hair is beautiful hair. “It’s the only way your hair will look good way after you’ve left the salon.”
