In chef/owner Joe Brown’s kitchen, Southern cuisine meets Italian cooking. A bottle of olive oil sits on each table of this BYOB; sweet-potato cheesecake is on the dessert tray. There are endless combinations of ingredients, Brown says, but he prides himself on his crawfish. There’s also crab ravioli and (more authentically) jambalaya, rich with crawfish, clams, mussels, shrimp and andouille.
