Similarly to the Spruce Street home we wrote about yesterday, we covered this farmhouse property when it was first listed in April for $1,995,000. After being delisted in January, the home has reappeared on the market, this time for $1,499,000. Will it get any takers this time around? We should note Clocktower Farm is highly esteemed, as one user made clear in a comment left on our previous post:

The Clock Tower property and home is absolutely amazing. I have been fortunate to visit many times to swim in the salted pool and attend a very fun Halloween Party. The restoration looks fabulous. The Clock Tower is very cool to climb to the top and see all of Apple Brook Country Club. This beautiful Historic home is a must see property.

The seven-plus-acre property (built circa 1895) includes a Colonial manor, barn, riding paddock, and workshop. (Oh, and a five-story clock tower, obviously.) The salt water pool mentioned in the comment is also still there, as are restored interior details in the main house: millwork, great hall wainscoting, two-story open staircase, and hardwood floors. Newer appointments include a boiler, roof (to be installed this year), electrical, and HVAC work.
