The Extreme Makeover Home in Northeast Philly Has Finally Sold

Yes, after nearly two years of re-listings and delistings, the Haldeman Avenue house that was the subject of an extreme makeover on the aptly titled Extreme Makeover: Home Edition back in 2006 has finally been bought, according to Philly.com’s Lauren Mennen.
Last we wrote about it, the originally listed for $470,000 home had come down to $434,999, and still retained appointments it had gotten from the show, the most notable of which included a Tiki hut, in-ground pool, Jack-and-Jill bathroom, and laundry rooms on both floors.
