A New Cycling & Boxing Studio is Coming to Ardmore—And They Have a Fitness Package For Brides!
Just last week, our pals over at Be Well Philly alerted us to a new boxing and cycling studio that’s coming to the Main Line later this year called Fuel Cycle Fitness. At the helm is the husband-and-wife team of Jeff and Jen Crompton; she’s been teaching cycling for years now, and they both got into boxing just before they got married. That’s what piqued our interest.
Jen told the Be Well Philly girls that a steady regimen of cycling, boxing and yoga got her in tip-top shape for her Big Day, so that left us wondering if Fuel Cycle Fitness will offer any sort of bridal package when the three-floor studio opens in December. The answer: Of course!
The “Fuel Bride-to-Be Special” was designed to “help the bride think healthy, feel healthy and make healthy choices to build her confidence and rock that dress,” Jen says. The 12-week program consists of three cardio sessions (these are group classes) and two one-hour toning sessions (can be one-on-one or in a small group) each week. A customized eating program and at-home workout assignments are included, too, plus you’ll have an accountability coach to keep you motivated and on track throughout the whole thing. The entire package costs $850.
Fuel Cycle Fitness will open its doors on December 28th, and they’ll kick everything off with free classes through the 30th. The regular schedule will begin on January 4th—but in the meantime you can get in touch with Jeff and Jen to chat about your pre-wedding plan.
