Just the other day we heard our buds over at Be Well Philly talking about a new workout class called Tread & Shred—it combines 30 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes of strength training into an intense workout that can burn 1,000 calories—that’s held at the SuperFit in Conshohocken.

When we inquired about it further, we were psyched to learn that one of the trainers who runs the class is actually really into bridal fitness, and works with a ton of local ladies who want to get in dress-ready shape for their weddings.

Meet Hope Nagy.

The great thing is that whether your pre-wedding fitness goals include toned arms, a flatter tummy or a complete full-body transformation, Nagy will create an individualized routines (that involve both workouts and healthy eating habits) based on your lifestyle. She’s all about mixing up the workouts to keep things exciting and challenging (and you from getting bored and slacking off)—she’s certified in everything from spinning to Zumba and kick boxing—and clients rave about her honest, no-nonsense attitude and inspiring personality.

In addition to personal training packages (you can book single sessions or packages of five or ten sessions), Nagy also offers semi-private training for groups of two (hello fiancé or MOH) and will throw in a free boot camp session for brides and their ‘maids prior to the Big Day. Training with Nagy takes place at SuperFit Conshohocken, but gym memberships are not necessary.
