Yes, That Was Bill Clinton at Made in America
A thrilled Bill Clinton meandered around the Made in America festival grounds on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway on Sunday, stopping to chat and take photos with fans and looking just about as happy as when he got to play with balloons at the Democratic National Convention in July.
It appears Clinton stole the show:

Clinton spent a lot of time at the voter registration tent – he was reportedly at the festival to encourage residents to sign up to vote this fall — but the husband of Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton was also seen chatting backstage with Jay Z, Beyonce, and Chance the Rapper.

In other festival news, things at MIA got a little too lit on Saturday when rapper Jay Electronica encouraged fans to rush the stage in attempt to “collapse” it, according to Pitchfork. Philadelphia police officers, who had to intervene, told reporters that more than 1,000 people rushed the stage.

The rest of the concert, including performances from Rihanna, Coldplay, Grimes, 2 Chainz and Lil Wayne, is available to stream through Pitchfork.
