Mega Whole Foods is bringing several local favorites to Pennsylvania Avenue.

When the new Whole Foods Market opens at 2101 Pennsylvania Avenue on October 14th, it will be bringing a lot more than just a super market. The 61,990 square foot mega market will also have a 140-seat food hall that will include several local favorites including Cheu Noodle Bar, Dizengoff, and Wiz Kidthe new fast-casual concept from Rich Landau.

Each will operate as a luncheonette/restaurant within the Whole Foods and will be joined by Severino Cucina Rustica, which will feature pasta from South Jersey’s Severino Pasta Company.

An in-store pub will serve 20 local beers on tap, wine-by-the-glass, specialty cocktails, Neapolitan pizzas and seasonal salads. An in-store Allegro Coffee bar promises espresso, coffee and tea via the low-profile ModBar setup that is also installed upstairs at Double Knot. A Bkon Brewer will make the tea service state-of-the art and the coffee bar will also serve tea and coffee cocktails.

The Whole Foods is part of a 10-story, 293 unit, luxury apartment complex called The Dalian on the Park. The complex will also have a CVS and has leased 12,000 square feet at 22nd and Spring Garden.
