There is some sort of court date set for Aug. 2. NBC Miami report would lead one to believe Bradham is currently behind bars — he isn't.

Original Story
Nigel Bradham has been arrested after an alleged assault in Miami, according to an NBC Miami staff report. The local affiliate reported Bradham and several of his friends were involved in an incident at the Hilton Bentley hotel on Thursday that resulted in the beating of an employee. Bradham reportedly turned himself into the Miami Beach Police yesterday.
According to the story, a group of six people argued with the employee about an umbrella they paid for, before the argument became physical. The victim sustained cuts and lacerations, including one on the back of his head after he was allegedly hit with a glass bottle. The group then fled the scene, but the police discovered a phone at the scene, as well as a receipt showing Bradham paid for the umbrella.
The Eagles signed Bradham to a two-year, $7 million deal in March, according to Spotrac. The linebacker, who played under Jim Schwartz in 2014, was drafted by Buffalo in 2012 in the fourth round.
