If you’ve never made it to the November Project because the thought of being somewhere at 6:25 a.m. makes you want to cry (the grassroots fitness group puts on free workouts every Wednesday morning at the Art Museum steps and Friday mornings at Lemon Hill), good news: This afternoon, the founders of the November Project, which has chapters all across the country, will be here in Philly, and they’re putting on a fun run starting at Rittenhouse Square. So you can get your November Project on without getting up before sunrise. Hallelujah!

The run will be two to three miles, all paces welcome, ending at Field House at 1150 Filbert Street. If you want to join in, just be at Rittenhouse Square at 5:30 p.m., ready to run. Happy bouncing! (You’ll get it after you sweat with them, promise.)
